What will be your responsibility?
Develop the process of presenting ENCAMINA and our solutions to potential clients; taking of requirements, construction and defense of the offer; Management of the Service offered to the client and participation as a consultant in some projects.
What functions will it perform?
Their functions will depend on the role they can play in each project and will revolve around pre-sales, consulting deployment, functional analysis and customer relations, project management and also training key users. Specifically:
Techniques
- Identify business needs in customers, and translate them into technical requirements as well as design solution scenarios
- Collaborate in functional analysis, documentation, testing, training and change management of your projects
Leadership
- Set the objectives and goals for the members of their projects
- Motivate the members of their projects to achieve the goals set
- Resolve possible conflicts between the members of their projects
Commercial
- Presentations to potential customers of ENCAMINA and its products.
- Preparation and defense of offers.
- Work for customer loyalty.
- Mediate, negotiate, convince the client of the most optimal solutions and that guarantee our commitments with him and the project.
- Detect and develop business opportunities
What do we look for in our new partner?
That he is an Engineer or Graduate, with extensive experience in the world of software, and with specific knowledge about:
- Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, SharePoint on-line, Yammer y Lync
- Microsoft Power View, PowerPivot, Excel, MS SQL Server – Reporting Services,
- Project Management and extensive experience in implementation of software projects
