What is Opt-out and START here?

When the recipient types START after that, it means you are allowed to start sending the SMS once again from the chat box. The message will be delivered to that recipient successfully. The status of an opt-out from the record will be removed in real-time. 

Note this: by pressing CTRL+F, you can search for a particular word in the chat box. It will take you to that message you want to read. You don’t need to waste your time scrolling the conversation.
